-yo, updates~-
The past saturday and sunday, I was in penang with the family to cremate my late grandmother who past away 30+ years ago and was buried in a cemetry somewhere in Sungai Petani-Lee family's hometown. The whole process was a bit of the chinese tradition, yet what matters more was the sutta we chant, which meant for realizing and confessing our faults and errors in life, then having vow to correct our action, our speech and our thoughts, which is in line in the noble eightfold path.
Then on Monday, I was so tired that I practically wasted my whole day lying on the bed, trying to rejuvenate and restore my fatigue body. I took that as a wise move since I was back to having outings on Tuesday~!! XD The Pearl gathered once again at Klang Bak Kut Teh, which was an example of making our plans real. haha. The Pearl is quite efficient nowadays. =)
Then we went Midvalley and ended up coming back empty handed. The good stuffs are costly and the adequately cheap stuffs are of no good; no luck this time i guess. At least there's still some photos and lots of chit-chat back there. It wasn't a bad outing afterall XD
Oh right, I had a haircut. Throughout the whole 15 mins of haircut, the hairstylist persistently urged me to dye my hair. And to persuade me into the business, for sure there're lots of compliments like my hair's length, hair type suits getting them coloured best! Even the time of dying my hair is said to be just right coz I'm in college now, and a new semester's starting soon. Great, He REALLY is persuasive. But, I only showed interest on the range of hair colours and obviously decided not to take his advice then. Having typical Asian Chinese yellow skin and brown eyes, I'm juz simply well contented with my black colour hair. Not being prejudice, I just don't see there's a need to dye my hair. No harm in keeping it natural.=)
Now, something that I would like to talk about. I had my undang-undang test this morning, after being unreasonably postponed from yesterday. My centre only provided me the textbook, without the booklet which has lots of questions in it. So, all I did was slack and chat all night long the previous day. Then, while waiting for TWO HOURS before I was allowed to take the test, the centre let me try on a mock/trial undang test to kill time. And guess what, Daniel-the-slacker failed terribly!! ''78%, anda gagal''.... Had an instant involuntary monologue: OH great, I'M SERIOUSLY SCREWED!!! Then, the alarming red light came and I came to my senses: dude, start mugging!! Man, I was a little panic at that point of time. I never ever wana retake the test T.T
However so, 5 mins.. 10 mins.. 15 mins of mugging time, I concluded that I shall study no more. It's way too boring, and I gave up, totally. So I took out Dan Brown's Digital Fortress and continued the story. Haha.
Then, there's an uncle from the centre who fetched me to the place which I have to sit for the undang test, He's GREAT! Along the journey, he was friendly and chat on lots of stuffs. Where's the cheapest centre to take driving lessons and stuffs like that. haha. And since that uncle is so unlike typical driving-teaching uncles who scold ur heads off, I tried to hint him by asking ''uncle, do u teach driving car?'' Opposing my hope, the uncle laughed and answered ''No, I teach driving lorry only'' Aww man, no more Mr. Nice Uncle. And he told me, more likely that I'll be taught by a malay uncle who's literate in mandarin. haha. hopefully he'll be as nice as him too. And I'm so sorry I couldn't take the offer to have lunch with the nice uncle in the canteen since my mom's on the way. All I did was showing a BIG BROAD smile and a word THANK YOU to that uncle =) He smiled back~ =) =)
Haha. Nway, I passed the actual undang test, fortunately. 44/50. ok, i know it's quite low. HAHA.
And I finished reading Digital Fortress. Obviously my limited vocabulary is not of the standard to write a riview on that book, but yeah, tat book's nice! All thanks to Xin Yuan who lent me that book! And now, I have a code to solve.
Printed on the last page of the book, here u have a code:
128-10-93-85-10-128-98-112-6-6-25-126-39-1-68-78
It supposedly mean something, which I should start cracking my head on decrypting it now. In case U're too eager to know the answer, just google search ''Digital Fortress last page code'' and bingo, u'll get the answer. I searched that to ensure that it's actually a code by the author for the readers, coz I wouldn't like to brainstorm on some random numbers, however, I still doesnt know the answer yet. Hence, since now I confirmed that it is a code, let's work it out. =)
My roommate, Fadhil's bday was ytd~ and tat means I'm turning 18 soon too! oh yea XD
muahaha...
Let's plan a day to go mid valley, this time with the womenfolk ok. No more male berbonding-bonding. AND, this time no malnourished KFC meat. haha!
And I know, for my undang also i damn slacker, thinking i would pass as easy as *snaps fingers* THAT! so i selamba-ly didn't study. Mana tau i failed by 1 mark. 1 freaking mark ok! Babi. I think i told you this story right? nvm, tell again to lepas stim. haha.
So anyway, congrats la, you the man, you passed! Now, you need to learn to DRIVE.
